Tropicana is a well maintained, nicely-appointed cruiser catering comfortably for 6-8 passengers.

LENGTH: 45 foot cruiser
PASSENGERS: Registered for 10 passengers - accommodates 6-8 in supreme comfort.
CREW: 2 (Captain and chef/deck hand) Crew have their own quarters
CHARTER RATE: R1900 per night (minimum 3 nights)

Accommodation:

There are three comfortable and spacious cabins.
Cabin 1 : Sleeps 2 - Double bed, En suite toilet & shower.
Cabin 2 : Sleeps 2 - Double Bed.
Cabin 3 : Sleeps 2 - Two Single Beds.
Cabins 2 & 3 share bathroom and shower facilities located between the two rooms.
Hot water is provided via a gas heater.
All cabins have good storage space, overhead reading lights and 12v fans.
There are also two beds and seven mattresses available on the top deck, ideal if you want to sleep under the stars...

Galley and Dining areas:

Well fitted kitchen - separate dining area.
Gas stove, ample freezer/cooler storage space.

Other facilities:

The bermuda deck has an al fresco shower
and is spacious enough for your fishing equipment.
The top deck is large, the one half can be covered with a large canvas canopy and the back section is completely open for sun-bathing.
Braai facilities available on front deck.

Tender:

Mini pontoon with 25hp engine. Seats 8.
Ideal for game viewing and fishing.

Waterberg Wilderness Reserve
- an ideal stopover on the way to Botswana.
Special rates for Bushlore clients.

Charter Terms:

FUEL: 50 litres of fuel per day for houseboat is included in the rate.
Extra fuel used must be paid for at conclusion of charter.
FISHING TACKLE: Rods, reels etc - please bring your own.
BAIT: Kapenta, worms etc can be ordered on clients behalf - please advise.
ICE: Supplied as required - Payable directly to the Harbour management.
DRINKS: Beverages can be ordered on clients' behalf on a Sale On Return basis.
CATERING: Can be arranged at an extra charge of R150 (basic) - R200 (executive) /person /day
This includes : 3 full meals per person per day plus snacks, tea & Coffee etc.
BOARDING TIME: 12 noon DISEMBARK: 10 am
NATIONAL PARKS FEES: Please be advised that all Lake users are required to pay a
Lake Usage Fee to the National Parks Department.
These fees are payable at the Harbour on arrival - Currently US$10 pp once-off payment.
Fishing licences are also payable if appropriate - Currently approx R1 per day pp.
