PARKS OF SOUTH AFRICA
Another popular route which is slightly less remote and more easily negotiated. This safari does not leave the borders of South Africa except for a few days into Lesotho and Swaziland. The route followed is one of the more scenic available in South Africa and includes one of our favourite areas of South Africa, the “North Coast” of Kwa-Zulu Natal on the Eastern coastline of South Africa.
The area is known for its remote and beautiful coastline with the opportunity to meet the friendly local inhabitants of the area. The safari also includes the Lesotho highlands which is the second highest point in Africa, the excellent parks of Kwa-Zulu Natal and South Africa’s best and most well known game reserve, the Kruger National Park.
2 days are spent with the Basotho people of Lesotho on a Pony Trek through the surroundings and a number of adventure activities are available on the route.
